Carole is the fearless leader of our candy enterprise and has dedicated her life to this sweet industry. You will find her ever-present in our factory, using the latest innovative techniques and development concepts to bring you only the finest confectionery treats we are sure you will love.
Carole attributes Capco’s rapid growth to the philosophy of continually seeking and being receptive to new ideas, information and constructive criticism. As our mentor and beloved Dad always said, “Your customers know better than you and if you’re wise you WILL listen. Brian is the man who gets things done! A modest, quiet person who is loved by the staff as well as customers and vendors. His hands on interventions and care are evident everywhere.
